Mission
ICND is an association of neighborhood-based community development corporations. We are committed to providing leadership and advocacy to promote community-led development of housing and economic opportunities in Indianapolis neighborhoods. ICND facilitates the comprehensive redevelopment of Indianapolis neighborhoods by promoting communication, collaboration and cooperation among Indianapolis CDCs.
