Mexico is leading other Latin and Central American countries in helping U.S. immigrants access financial services. Through a broad initiative that includes the Matricula, an identification card issued by the Mexican government, Mexicans will be utilizing financial services in record numbers. To help facilitate tax payments, the Internal Revenue service is issuing special tax identification numbers. Learn how these initiatives will affect life insurance, as well as personal lines and commercial lines.
